Let us start with a big "VÄLKOMMEN HEM", a.k.a. "WELCOME HOME", because here in Lund you have found home. Whether you are new to Lund or have been here for a while, we at Västgöta Nation are happy that you found your way here!

Västgöta Nation offers, in addition to an incredibly warm community, a wide range of activities and ways to get involved to enrich your study time. As a Novice, you are warmly welcome to participate in a novice period you will not soon forget! For you who are new to nation life, the novice period means an opportunity to meet lots of new friends, get to know the nation and attend many fun parties and events. Read more about the upcoming novice period on the "Novice Period" page.

Sign up for the novice period will happen in STUK between 10 am and 2 pm on September 5th. The same afternoon, spots will be allocated by lottery. To confirm your spot you need to come to our expidition during opening hours and pay before 6 pm on September 9th. If you fail to pay before that, your spot will be given to someone on the waiting list. If you have any questions about the nation or the novice period, feel free to come and hang out with us at enrollment, there will always be a novice officer there who can answer all your questions!
